capturing those candid, real, authentic moments

This is one of those rare moments where you're all together. Let your family's personality come to life. Play games, have fun, be silly, love on each other, and let your kids be kids.

my process

01.

book your session

Ready to book? It's simple! Send me an email or fill out the contact form to get started. Once we've decided on a date/time that works for you, a non-refundable retainer of 20% will be required to complete your booking. The remaining balance is due the day before your session. Should we need to reschedule due to inclement weather or health concerns, you may apply your deposit to a future session within one year of the paid date.

02.

photo session

It's picture day, so get ready to have some fun with your family! Prior to your session I'll be sure to send over my outfit recommendations and tips for preparing your little ones for the big day! Remember, my style of photography focuses more on your family just as you are, instead of the awkward JCPenny-style poses. I promise though, we WILL get the photos you're looking for!

03.

proof gallery sent

All galleries are edited within 3 weeks. When I'm editing my client's galleries, I always make sure to send over the very best images from your session (which typically includes 30+ images for a half session, and up to 60 images for a full session). From there, you'll select your favorites to download. If you choose additional images outside of the # of guaranteed images, I'll invoice you for $10/image or $100 for the entire gallery.

04.

photos are delivered

Once you've selected your favorites, you'll now be able to download your photos! The gallery site I use to deliver photos to my clients is great - you can download the images individually, or the entire gallery, AND get prints, canvases, and wall art made! The prints are made at a professional photo printing lab so you're getting the best quality available. After all, you just made an investment for family photos, so don't get them printed at Walgreens!

these moments are fleeting

Hopefully by this point you're thinking about booking with me, and I truly hope you do - after all, these moments with our children truly go by so fast. One day they're a newborn, barely allowing you to get any sleep, and in the blink of an eye, you're teaching them to drive a car. As a parent, we are always looking forward to that next season in life with our kids, but why not enjoy the now? As the saying goes, "The days are long but the years are short."
